Privacy policy
Standup Digital is an independent Atlassian consulting practice. This page explains what this website collects when you visit it or get in touch, and which outside services handle that information. It is short because the site collects very little.
When you send a note
The note form asks for your name, your email address, what you would like help with and, if you choose, your company. The site does not store your note. It is sent to the Standup Digital inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, and is used only to reply to you.
When you book a call
The booking calendar on the contact page is a Google Calendar page shown inside this site. What you enter there goes to Google and creates an appointment on the Standup Digital calendar. Google's privacy policy applies to that page.
When you visit
Standup Digital uses two tools to understand how the site is used.
- Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, the kind of device and browser they use, the site that sent them here, and a few actions: sending a note, starting a booking, and clicking a contact link or the email address. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. It never receives your name, your email address or anything you type into the note form. For visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics is set not to use cookies; it still counts the visit, without recording who made it. Its advertising features are switched off for every visitor. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and measures page speed. It does not use cookies.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes each request, including your IP address, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google for those files.
What Standup Digital does not do
Standup Digital does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on or any content blocker, and the site will work the same. To ask what Standup Digital holds about you, or to have a note or a booking deleted, email josh@standupdigital.io.
Changes to this page
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page and the date at the top will be updated.
